MyEffect, a Canadian tech startup focused on tracking and measuring social impact, has partnered with ScholarshipOwl to award a $1,000 USD scholarship to a young changemaker taking action in their community this summer.
The MyEffect and ScholarshipOwl Civic Leader recognizes a young person actively working to improve their community. The scholarship is hosted on Scholarship.App, a platform powered by ScholarshipOwl.com that enables anyone or any company to launch their own scholarship.
“MyEffect’s is committed to creating opportunities for the next generation of leaders to reach their full potential and meaningfully contribute to society,” Kelly Lovell, founder and CEO of MyEffect explains. “This scholarship aligns with this mission, empowering students to become active citizens and equipping them to scale their impact”.
To be eligible, students must be an active member of the MyEffect community. Students can register for free by downloading the MyEffect App —available in both iOS and Android devices — and receive a member ID so they can apply for the scholarship.
