The FSGA Scholarship awards at least five high school seniors with college scholarships. Applicants must be golfers from FJT’s graduating class. To be eligible, they must have competed in at least three FSGA or FJT tournaments. They also must have a household income of less than $100,000. The award amount is up to $10,000.
The Armando J. De Moya Scholarship
The Armando J. De Moya Scholarship awards one University of Florida student. Applicants must be sophomores, juniors, or seniors, studying Civil Engineering. They must have a minimum 3.0 GPA and a financial need. The award amount is up to $5,000.
The Drew King Legacy Scholarship awards high school seniors or college students. Applicants must have an interest in social activism. They must be enrolled in a college in Central Florida, Northeast Florida, or Northern California. Residents of those areas who are studying elsewhere may also apply. The award amount is up to $1,000.
Wilhelmina Pittman Textbook Scholarship
The Wilhelmina Pittman Textbook Scholarship awards high school seniors and college students. Applicants must be attending or plan to attend a college in Florida. They must have a minimum 3.0 GPA. The award is for free college textbooks.
Camille Collection Scholarship
The Camille Collection Scholarship awards high-achieving college-bound high school seniors. Applicants must show financial need and a commitment to give back to the community. The award amount is up to $1,000.
The Marco Island Foundation for the Arts Scholarship
The Marco Island Arts scholarship awards high school seniors or college students. They must be from the Marco Island community. They must have an interest in the literary arts, performance, music, or visual arts. The award amount is up to $1,000.
José Martí Scholarship Challenge Grant Fund
The Jose Marti Scholarship awards Florida residents who were born in (or the children of parents who were born in) eligible countries. They include Mexico, Central America, South America, among others. Applicants must be college sophomores, juniors, seniors, or graduate students. They must have a minimum 3.0 GPA. The award amount is up to $2,000.
Molly Turner Broadcast Scholarship
The Molly Turner Broadcast Scholarship awards female students with an interest in broadcast journalism. High school seniors or college freshmen, sophomores, and juniors may apply. They must be residents of Florida with a minimum 3.0 GPA. The award amount is $1,000.
Rosewood Family Scholarship Fund
The Rosewood Family Scholarship awards descendants of the Rosewood family. Applicants must be residents of Florida. They must show financial need and be full-time students in college. The award amount is up to $6,100.
The Salute to Education program awards scholarships to students in Miami-Dade and Broward County. Students can win scholarships for athletics, leadership, sciences, and visual arts. Applicants must be high school seniors with a minimum 3.0 GPA. The award amount is $1,500 plus a laptop computer.
Minority Teacher Education Scholarship
The Minority Teacher Education Scholarship awards minority students studying to be a teacher. Applicants must be African American, American Indian, Hispanic, or Asian American. Jesse B. Smith Memorial Scholarship
The Jesse B. Smith Memorial Scholarship awards high school seniors and college students who are residents of Duval County or Jacksonville. Applicants must have an interest in city planning, urban studies, or public administration. They must be accepted to a college or university in those counties. The award amount is $1,000.
The Friends of 440 Scholarship awards dependents or descendants of workers who received benefits under the Florida Workers’ Compensation Law. High school seniors or college freshmen, sophomores, or juniors may apply. Applicants must have a minimum 2.7 GPA for high school seniors and 3.0 for college students. The award amount is $2,215.
The ESA Youth Scholarship awards Florida residents whose parents are first responders. Applicants must be high school seniors or college freshmen, sophomores, or juniors. They must be in good academic standing. The first-place winner receives $7,500 and the second-place winner receives $2,500.
Society of Professional Journalists Florida Chapter Scholarship
The Society of Professional Journalists awards scholarships to residents of Florida. Applicants must be attending a college or university in Florida. College students majoring in journalism or a related field may apply. The award amount ranges from $1,000-$2,500.
The Arts of Life! Scholarship awards 25 scholarships to high school seniors. Applicants must have an interest in creative writing, drama, dance, visual arts, or music. The award amount is $1,000.
The Barbara L. Frye Scholarship awards high school seniors and college students with a financial need. They must major in journalism. They must be attending college in Florida or have graduated from a Florida high school. The award amount is $2,000.
The SE4A scholarship awards students with an interest in geriatrics. College juniors, seniors, or graduate students in Florida may apply. They must show commitment to volunteering with the elderly and financial need. They also must have writing skills and a minimum of 2.5 GPA. The award amount is at least $1,000.
Sarah E. Huneycutt Scholarship
The Florida State Gold Association awards this scholarship to female high school seniors. They must be graduating from a Florida high school. Applicants must show an interest in golf and have a minimum 3.0 GPA. The award amount is $5,000.
Florida Bright Futures Scholarship Program
The Florida Bright Futures Scholarship awards full-tuition scholarships to Florida residents. The scholarship is renewable. High school seniors or college students may apply. Judge Sidney M. Aronovitz Memorial Scholarship

They must have an interest in legal or social justice. They also must have a desire to use their education to better the Miami-Dade community. The award ranges from $1,000-$1,500.
Arthur and Gladys Cervenka Scholarship Award
SME Education Foundation awards this scholarship to college students. They must attend Florida colleges or universities and major in manufacturing engineering or technology. They must have a minimum 3.0 GPA. The award amount ranges from $1,000-$5,000.
Access to Better Learning and Education (ABLE) Grant Program
The Access to Better Learning and Education Grant Program awards Florida students pursuing bachelor’s degrees. Students must be residents of Florida. For scholarship renewal, they must maintain a 2.0 GPA. The award amount is $4,000.
First Generation Matching Grant Program
The First Generation Matching Program awards students who are the first in their family to go to college. Applicants must be residents of Florida with a financial need. They must be enrolled at a participating school with at least 6 credits.
Bright Futures Scholarship Program

William L Boyd, IV Florida Resident Access Grant
The Florida Resident Access Grant awards Florida students. They must attend independent non-profit colleges and universities in Florida. Recipients must complete 12 credit hours each semester. The award amount is up to $3,000.
Florida Student Assistance Grant Program
The Florida Student Assistance Grant Program awards Florida residents who show financial need. Applicants must be undergraduate students enrolled in participating colleges and universities. Mary Ellen Burnett Scholarship In Loving Memory Of George H. Burnett

Stephanie Nicole Ross Foundation Graduate Scholarship

Scholarships for Children and Spouses of Deceased or Disabled Veterans
This scholarship awards dependent children or un-remarried spouses of qualified Florida veterans. Children must be between the ages of 16-22. Spouses of disabled veterans must be married to a qualified veteran for more than one year. Spouses of deceased veterans must be unremarried. They must apply to the scholarship within five years of their spouse’s death.
Fort Lauderdale Alumnae Panhellenic
The Fort Lauderdale Alumnae Panhellenic awards a female student of Broward County. Applicants must be graduating high school seniors. They must have a minimum 3.3 GPA, a minimum SAT score of 1200 or a minimum ACT score of 26. They must plan to attend an accredited college or university. They should show leadership, involvement in their school and community, and financial need.
Mary McLeod Bethune Scholarship
PMI Tampa Bay Chapter Scholarship
The PMI Tampa Bay Chapter Scholarship awards students studying project management. Applicants must be residents of the Tampa Bay Area. They must be the immediate family member of a member of the PMI Tampa Bay Chapter. The award amount is $2,500.
The Selby Scholarship awards graduating seniors from Sarasota, Manatee, Charlotte, or DeSoto county. Applicants must be graduate associate degree students. with a minimum 3.0 GPA. They must study at State College of Florida, Edison, or South Florida Community College. The award amount is $7,000.
South Florida Fair Scholarship
The South Florida Fair Scholarship awards senior high school students. They must be residents of Broward, Hendry, Martin, Okeechobee, or Palm Beach county. Extra consideration is given to applicants who have participated in the South Florida Fair. The award amount is $6,000.
The Rick and Sherry Murray Medical Futures Scholarship
The Rick and Sherry Murray Medical Futures Scholarship awards residents of Florida. They must be close relatives to somebody with ALS. Applicants must major in medicine or social work. They must write an essay on how their experience with ALS has shaped their desire to work in medicine. The award amount is $5,000.
Central Florida Jazz Society (CFJS) Scholarship Competition
The Central Florida Jazz Society Scholarship awards residents of Central Florida. Applicants must be high school seniors or in the first three years of college. They must have an interest in studying jazz music. There are three awards worth $1,500, $2,000, and $2,500.
Airgas – Terry Jarvis Memorial Scholarship
The Airgas-Terry Jarvis memorial scholarship awards students who have an interest in industrial gas. They must have a minimum 2.8 GPA with a 3.0 GPA in engineering courses. The award amount is $2,500.
Suncoast Credit Union Scholars Program
The Suncoast Credit Union Scholars Program awards high school seniors. They must live in one of the 21 counties that Suncoast Credit Union serves. They must plan to enroll in a four-year college or university, two-year college, or technical school in Florida. They must have a minimum 2.5 GPA and qualify to receive a Federal Pell Grant. The award amount is $2,000.
PFLAG of Jacksonville Scholarship Program
The PFLAG of Jacksonville Scholarship Program awards LGBT+ students. They must have lived in the Jacksonville area for the last two years and have a financial need. They must show leadership and participation in their school and community. The award amount is $2,000.
Ayo & Iken Children of Divorce Scholarship
The Ayo & Iken Children of Divorce Scholarship awards high school seniors in Florida with divorced parents. They must plan to pursue a higher degree. They must write an essay on how their parents work together to be good role models. The award amount is $1,000.
The Southern Scholarship Foundation
The Southern Scholarship Foundation awards students attending Flagler College. This includes the University of Florida, Florida State University, and Florida A&M. Applicants must show academic achievement and financial need. They must have a minimum 3.0 GPA. The scholarship provides students with rent-free housing.
Business Ethics Scholarships award full-time students at Florida Atlantic University. Applicants must have a minimum 2.5 GPA, show financial need, and show a commitment to community service.
Jacki Tuckfield Memorial Graduate Business Scholarship
The Jacki Tuckfield Memorial Scholarship awards African American students. They must be residents of South Florida who plan to pursue a career in South Florida. They must be enrolled in a graduate business degree program and have a minimum 3.2 GPA. The award amount is $2,000.
The University of Florida awards Presidential Scholarships for in-state high-achieving students. All students who apply are considered for scholarships. Applicants must be Florida residents. Scholarships range from $5,000-$10,000 per year.
The Benacquisto Scholarship awards national merit finalists. They must be residents of Florida who completed high school in Florida. They must choose UF as their first-choice school with the National Merit Corporation.
Machen Florida Opportunity Scholars

The American Legion Department of Florida Oratorical Contest
