Write an essay of 500-1000 words explaining what you hope to accomplish in the medical field. The essay should describe how you will impact the lives of others with the education and knowledge you acquire while in medical training. Mid-Florida CPR Scholarship
In the top left corner, write the type of program you are in (e.g., RN, RN-BSN, CRNA, NP, etc).
Write an essay on the topic below. Essay must include:
- Introduction: in 100-200 words, tell us about yourself and why you are applying for the scholarship
- Short Essay: in 300-600 words, write about ONE of the following:
- If you have ever responded to someone in cardiac arrest, describe what your actions were, how you felt during and after the situation, and the outcome.
- If you have not responded to someone in cardiac arrest, describe how you have prepared (mentally, physically, academically, etc.) to be able to respond appropriately and how you believe you would feel during and after the situation.

Write an essay that is about 1,500-2,000 words long about how people with hectic schedules can adopt a healthy and active lifestyle. In short, write about what are the ways people can use to incorporate regular exercise and healthy diet in their daily life (and how to stick to it)?
