Following, please find our detailed refund policy:

  1. First charge on memberships with a free trial period

    We are offering memberships with a free seven day trial period preceding payment. If you find the service unsatisfactory, you can cancel your membership at any time during the trial period here and you will not be charged.

    With a Trial Membership, we offer you the opportunity to evaluate ScholarshipOwl’s premium service for free. However, once the trial period ends and you did not cancel the membership, you are charged the membership fee and will not be eligible for a refund.

  2. Up front membership payments (no trial period) and repeat billing

    If you purchased a paid for membership without trial, or renewed an existing paid for membership and have not used your membership during the most recent billing cycle, ScholarshipOwl will refund your money in full.

  3. For any other scenario not covered under the points above, including partial use of your membership in the most recent billing period, refund requests for any but the last billing period, we do not issue refunds.
