Why study when you can relax and hang out with your friends? After all, there is plenty of time until your finals. What you might not realize is that the more you procrastinate, the more stressed you\u2019ll be. And when will that stress hit you the most? That\u2019s right &#8211; just when you are trying to fall asleep. And it gets even worse as your deadlines approach. Now you\u2019re pulling all-nighters at the end of the semester.
