As the new school year begins, it\u2019s hard enough to scrape together the funds for tuition, room and board, let alone the other things that students need to start the year off right. That\u2019s why ScholarshipOwl is offering this contest. We want to hear from you about what you need to be successful for school. Textbooks? New clothes after 1-\u00bd years of remote learning? Special equipment or supplies required for your major? <\/span>It is time for YOU to tell US what is that you need for the upcoming semester!<\/p>\n

To enter to win, just apply for at least 2 scholarships on the ScholarshipOwl<\/a> platform from August 24th to August 31st and tell us ? about it HERE<\/a>!<\/p>\n

As summer draws to a close, the school year ? starts \u200bagain and it is time to work on those scholarships! Every scholarship has different rules – some even require submissions a year before college… So there is no better time than NOW!<\/p>\n

If you apply for at least 2 scholarships through the ScholarshipOwl platform during our contest period, you’ll be entered for a chance to win an amazing prize ? of your own choice that supports your academic and career goals! It can be anything up to $500! ?<\/p>\n

Remember \u2013 we will only count the scholarships you apply for from August 24th to August 31st. Scholarships you applied for before or after these days will not count as entries into the competition. All scholarship applications must be submitted through the ScholarshipOwl platform.<\/p>\n

How to Enter?<\/h2>\n

  1. Login to your ScholarshipOwl<\/a> account OR start a free trial and then login.<\/li>\n
  2. Apply for at least 2 scholarships through our platform during the contest period (08\/24\/21 \u2013 08\/31\/21). Apply for even more if you can! We suggest applying to your recommended scholarships in the ScholarshipOwl dashboard.<\/li>\n
  3. Enter the contest HERE <\/a>after you apply for the scholarships.<\/li>\n
  4. Optional: Let us and your friends know you are participating in the contest by posting about the scholarships you are applying for on your social media accounts. Tag and hashtag your posts @scholarshipowl #ScholarshipOwlBacktoSchoolContest so we can find and share your posts.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Terms and Conditions<\/h2>\n

    • To be eligible to enter the contest, you must be 16 years or older and must be a current high school or college student OR you must be in the process of applying to colleges\/universities.<\/li>\n
    • You must apply for at least 2 scholarships on the ScholarshipOwl platform between August 24, 2021 \u2013 August 31, 2021, to be eligible to enter the contest. If you do not currently have a ScholarshipOwl account, you can sign up for a free 7-day trial. There is no fee to participate in this contest, which is equal in length to the length of the free trial.<\/li>\n
    • Only scholarships you apply for from August 24, 2021 \u2013 August 31, 2021, will be counted towards your eligibility for contest entry. All scholarships must have been applied for through the ScholarshipOwl platform.<\/li>\n
    • Optional:\u00a0Let us and your friends know you are participating in the contest by posting about the scholarships you are applying for on your social media accounts. Hashtag your posts #ScholarshipOwlBacktoSchoolContest #ScholarshipOwl\u00a0so that we can find and share your posts.<\/li>\n
    • Prizes: Something that you need for the next semester! It can be anything up to $500!\u00a0The prizes are non-transferable and are not redeemable for cash. Prizes will be shipped to the winner within the continental US, Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. No shipments can be made to P.O. Box addresses, United States territories, or addresses outside of the United States.<\/li>\n
    • The contest opens on August 24, 2021, at 12 AM PST, and closes on August 31, 2021, at 11:59 PM PST. The winner will be announced in September 2021.<\/li>\n
    • The winner\u2019s contest entry will be verified by ScholarshipOwl, confirming that the winner applied for at least 2 scholarships through the ScholarshipOwl platform and that the applications were submitted between August 24, 2021, and August 31, 2021.<\/li>\n
    • Participants may not be employees or affiliates of ScholarshipOwl or its affiliated organizations. Note that Summer Scholars are eligible to participate in this contest.<\/li>\n
    • Information submitted with an entry is subject to the Privacy Policy posted on ScholarshipOwl\u2019s website.<\/li>\n
