College Budget Plan<\/h2>\n

1. Prioritize what is in your budget<\/h3>\n

The first step in knowing how to budget, is to align the majority of your expenses to things you <\/span>need<\/em> to pay for versus things you <\/span>want<\/em> to pay for.
